About
I’m Ann Bernevega – a game programming student at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), based in Finland. I focus on gameplay programming and building solid, player-facing systems in Unity (C#).
I started making games in 2021, and since then I’ve built 10+ playable projects ranging from game jams to longer team productions. What I enjoy most is taking ideas from a rough prototype to something that feels good to play – implementing mechanics, iterating on controls and feedback, integrating assets, and polishing the experience.
A few highlights:
• Shipped a Steam game (800+ wishlists)
• Released multiple playable prototypes on itch.io
• Built a client mobile game for an Icelandic design company (100+ players for the event)
• Nominated / finalist at Kajaani Game Awards 2025
• Currently enrolled in Bit1 2026
